Shipping

When we receive your order, you will receive an automated message confirming that your order has been received by phytosolution.com

Normally within 1 business day, you will receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been packed and shipped via FedEx Ground.

You can track your order right from the FedEx web site using the tracking number provided on the second e-mail. Or you can simply log on to your Phytosolution account and click the tracking number listed there.

All the products we import from Paris are held by our fulfillment partner in Pennsylvania. When we take your order over the Internet we pass on specific delivery information to IronLinx Distribution who promptly ship every order via FedEx.

Shipping to the UK

Our Customers in the United Kingdom will have their orders shipped direct from the Manufacturer located in Paris via expedited France Poste at no extra cost! At this time, please note, we do not have a tracking number system established for orders going in to the UK.

Returns

Please return any used and unused portions of the products in their original containers, along with your name and invoice or order number, via prepaid USPS to:

Order Cancellation

Please send any email cancellation to Customer Support. Include in your email your name and order number and the subject of the order should read 'cancellation'.

In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
